Mail the registration form/parental consent along with a non-refundable deposit of $200 (balance due by June 13, 2016) or you may send the complete camp fee at once. Registration remains open until session is full. Due to limited seats in boats camp fills quickly, so please register early!

Confirmation Letter and Information
Upon receipt of registration and parental consent a checklist of what to bring to camp and additional information will be sent to you via email. If you have not received this email with- in 2 days of online registration or 2 weeks of mail-in registration please call us at 812-272-6941 or e-mail us.

The Indianapolis Airport is located about 50 minutes from Bloomington. Indiana Rowing Camp for Girls does not provide transportation to/from the airport. However, we recommend the Bloomington Shuttle Service (800) 589-6004, the Star of America Airport Shuttle (800) 228-0814, or Classic Touch Limo (800) 319-0082. Take the shuttles to the Read or Wilkie Residence drop off - these are next door to Spruce Residence Hall. Please inform us if your child will be arriving via shuttle so we can be sure to meet her.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. It can be emailed to For cancellations made prior to June 18, all fees will be refunded except for a $200 administrative fee. For cancellations occurring June 19-25, 50% of fees will be refunded. First day of camp or during camp cancellation, no refund.

Girls age 13-19, pre-college. NCAA regulations allow high school graduates to attend camp. All camps open to any and all participants.

Physicals and Swimming
No physical examination is required, but campers should be in good physical condition and able to swim. Each camper must have a completed parental consent form on file with the camp. The form is part of both the camp online registration and the brochure. Current tetanus is required. A trainer will be available to campers each day.

The parent/guardian must provide primary insurance for their camper. The Indiana Rowing Camp for Girls provides only secondary accident/medical insurance.

Supervision and Rules
Parents may be assured that all campers receive 24 hour a day supervision. We make every effort to provide a program where campers will have fun while learning. We reserve the right to send any camper home, without a refund, if she does not conduct herself in a manner that will enhance proper and safe learning, good sportsmanship and a willingness to follow directions.

Campers will check in between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Sunday the first day of the session. The first meeting/training session is Sunday at 2 p.m. Camp will conclude at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.
